Through the breath, sound and movement of Continuum, together we will journey to the depths of our cellular consciousness.
By utilizing the subtle potency of breath, sound, movement and sensation we will delve into the play of emerging and dissolving form.
With deep intention, we enter an exploration into our interior worlds and rekindle our relationship to the larger milieu of life.
