SUMMARY:Pause for Stillness
DESCRIPTION:Treat yourself to peace during the holidays. You are invited to a brief healing meditation event during the holiday season. At this time of year the earth slows down\, it is a time of going inside\, daylight hours are shorter\, plants return underground and animals hibernate. Yet in the holiday season we are pulled out of our inner being by parties\, shopping\, and family responsibilities.
